No product or revenue ceiling

The selected transaction fee is applied to each store sale. Payment processor fees still apply separately. AI allowances reset monthly. Subscriptions are billed by ScaleEdges through Mollie and remain separate from customer payments.

What does Go really cost?

Go is €0 per month with the standard 5% ScaleEdges transaction fee on store sales. Stripe's own payment processing fees apply separately.

What is founder pricing?

The first 1,000 sellers who create a ScaleEdges account pay every subscription 20% less: Grow, Scale and the lower transaction fee options, monthly or yearly. The price stays attached to your account, and your subscription renews at the price you paid. Once every founder spot is taken, new accounts pay the standard prices shown struck through.

Can I lower the transaction fee without changing plans?

Yes. Transaction-fee options are priced independently, so you can keep the plan features that fit while choosing a lower 3% or 0% fee as your volume grows.

Can I change plans in the middle of a billing period?

Yes. Moving to a more expensive option can start right away: you pay only the prorated difference for the days left in the period you already paid, and your renewal date stays the same. Any change can also be scheduled for your next renewal, with nothing to pay today. A less expensive option always starts at renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.

What happens to my products if I cancel a paid plan?

Your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period, then your store continues on Go. Nothing is deleted on that day. If you are above a Go limit, uploads pause and you get at least 60 days of notice and a download link before anything unused is removed. Files of products you have sold are never removed.

What is included in Lumia AI usage?

Lumia can help create products and blog content, analyze performance and answer questions. Grow includes 100 uses per month, Scale includes 1,000 and Enterprise allowances are sized to your needs.

What does product-page A/B testing measure?

Grow, Scale and Enterprise can split a product page 50/50 between a frozen control and challenger, then compare unique product-page sessions, purchases and revenue. Tests are limited to product pages because each purchase can be attributed unambiguously to the exact page and variant that presented that product.

How does the Enterprise plan work?

Enterprise is for businesses that need custom features, custom storage space, higher AI and email volumes or a negotiated transaction fee. Contact us at [email protected]: we scope your needs together, then set pricing and limits in a written agreement. There is no online checkout for Enterprise.

Are annual plans refundable?

Annual billing gives two months free compared with monthly billing. Review the Terms of Service for the applicable cancellation and refund conditions before purchasing.
